  • Q. How can I install your software?

    A. We tried to make installation as simple as possible. Basically all you need to do is upload folder mailing-manager via FTP, open it in your browser and complete setup with personal settings.

  • Q. Do I need to know anything about php or mysql?

    A. No. There’s no need to know anything about php or mysql. We tried to make installation as simple as possible. Most of available hosting accounts already have these technologies in-place and you don’t have to worry about them.

Simply upload folder mailing-manager via ftp, open it in your browser (e.g. mysite.com/mailing-manager) and complete setup with personal settings. Or simply send us your order number and server details and we will set it up for you without any extra charge.

  • Q. I’m getting “can’t save tools/inc.php file” error while trying to install the software

    A. Giving permissions 777 to folder tools (or unchecking read-only on windows server) will solve the problem. You can change back permissions to 755 or anything you need once setup will be completed.

To set permissions simply click folder properties in your FTP browser program. You will see something like this:

Or contact us and we will install software for you immediately without any extra charge.

  • Q. I can't upload images in online editor.

    A. Giving permissions 777 to the following folders will solve the problem. On windows server simply uncheck read-only attribute.

    tools/fckeditor/editor/filemanager/upload/php/
    tools/fckeditor/editor/filemanager/browser/default/connectors/php/

On some hosting accounts you also need to set same permissions to config.php files in these folders:

    tools/fckeditor/editor/filemanager/upload/php/config.php
    tools/fckeditor/editor/filemanager/browser/default/connectors/php/config.php

  • Q. I can't send emails once I add my own smtp server details.

    A. In most cases it happens because of port 25 problem. Most of smtp providers block this port for external use for security reasons.

Using of different port for your smtp server should solve the problem.
